Payment:

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
Avaaruha Travels accepts payment through various methods, including major credit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard). The accepted currencies for payment will be specified on our website or communicated during the booking process. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a product order or service booking, please contact our customer support team through the provided channels. Include your order or booking details for faster assistance. Our customer support representatives will guide you through the cancellation process and provide any necessary information. Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Payment confirmation:

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
